What is executive effectiveness coaching?
Executive effectiveness is defined as not just doing things right, but doing the right things! Private, professional coaching can help you chose the right things to do and help you accomplish those things more easily and with more success. My coaching style is, as a client observed, "the perfect balance of deep listening and candid feedback." I can help with your communication style to inspire your people to want to do their best, not just "put in their time".
What qualifies you to coach a high level executive?
That's a great question! I was raised by a successful executive who coached me through much of my career. I have successfully worked in large corporations and started my own consulting and coaching firm that has been coaching high level executives for over 10 years. I have a degree in Psychology, a degree in Speech and an MBA in management. I have been certified as a professional co-active coach and I take many hours of continuing education each year. But you be the judge, let's discuss your needs and see if you believe I can successfully coach you.
How much does private, professional, executive coaching cost?
I hate to say this, but it depends on you. Average executive coaching fees(nationwide) can range from $400/mo to over $5000/mo. To gain your full commitment and focus on the process I charge on a sliding scale, depending on your annual salary. I prefer to start with an in-depth interview( in person or over the telephone), a review of all the training and testing results you currently have, and have a commitment to coach for a minimum of three months. An annual contract would require a minimum investment of $12K, for the intitial intake and review, 4 - 60 minute sessions per month and open access to me for short calls as needed. You can definitely find a cheaper coach, but is that what is best for you?
Are there people you will refuse to coach?
Executive coaching is not therapy, it is for healthy well-functioning adults. Coaching is a commitment on both the coach's and the client's part. If you are not willing to focus, do what you say you will do, or are looking for a quick fix, coaching with me is not for you.
