Tough start, great result

One recent Evergreen Strategies success story was helping a Marketing VP who's responsibility now consisted of shutting down a company branch for her employer and determining her next step for her own professional advancement. A top executive was looking for more professional satisfaction. He had succeeded at everything he had tried, but there was someting missing. Through executive coaching, we made a new career path for him. He decided to start his own company. I helped him through the transition, advised him on the business start up, continued to work on strategies and tactics through several years. To date the company has two producing plants and has had a successful IPO, and the client still uses me as a sounding board.
