Evergreen Strategies offers one complimentary individual life coaching or professional business coaching session to help you see how coaching can work for you. This session can occur in person or over the phone with equal effectiveness.The value of this sample session is for clients to experience what coaching is like. If we decide to work together you will receive a two-to-three hour intake session, during which time we will uncover their core values and goals through an extensive interview process. Intake sessions usually involve asking probing questions of one’s self and clients get the opportunity to do some creative thinking about what it would be like to have the life they want. We then use this information to craft their individualized coaching plan. We design fresh strategies to produce success and effectiveness in one’s own life or in a business environment.
