Evergreen Strategies offers one complimentary executive coaching session to help you see how coaching can work for you and to answer any questions you might have. This session can occur in person or over the phone with equal effectiveness. The value of this sample session is for clients to experience what coaching with me is like. If we decide to work together you will receive a 2+ hour intake session, during which time we will uncover core values and goals through an extensive interview process. Intake sessions usually involve asking probing questions, an opportunity to do some creative thinking about what would be most useful to you, prioritize objectives begin a plan of action. This information plus all feedback, 360 reports and other evaluations to craft individualized coaching plan. We will design unique strategies to produce success and effectiveness in the business environment. Many clients find their personal relationships improving due to executive coaching.
